Hi everyone, yesterday my computer has been having issues. Every game is slow, with lots of lag and stuttering—I don’t know why.
My system specs are:
I7 9700k at 4.8ghz
Rtx 2080ti
1000w power supply
32gb DDR4 RAM at 3000mhz
Z370 motherboard
2tb hard drive
500gb SSD
I play all games at 1440p resolution.
From what I can see, this isn’t a budget build, so I’m confused about the problem. GPU drivers are up to date and temperatures are normal. I just ran a benchmark on 3D Mark and got 12377. My brother had serious lag when playing Roblox too.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Check the CPU and GPU temperatures along with their usage while playing the game.
