I allowed it to install overnight and when I returned home, it finished. At 7 PM EST, I was able to start it, but now it’s downloading more data than it should be and is stuck at zero bytes per second. All other downloads are working normally. How can I resolve this?
Give it some time, many users are attempting to download it simultaneously, so Rockstar’s servers might be busy.
