Hello, everyone. I started my self-built PC for the first time yesterday. Updated the BIOS and managed to install Windows afterward. I didn’t set up drivers, so I had to shut it down and use my old machine. When I tried to boot again, it wouldn’t start and there was a yellow DRAM indicator on the motherboard. I re-seated the memory in various configurations and orders, but nothing changed. Cleared the CMOS and used a jumper to reset the BIOS. It seems I might have enabled an XMP profile before installing Windows. I also double-checked the CPU pins, everything looked fine.

Specs: I5-13400f MSI Pro z790-a, WiFi DDR4, G.SKILL Ripjaws V 2x16(kit) at 4000MHz, CL18, Samsung 980 Pro 1TB SSD, Corsairs Rm650x, PSU.

Update: I attempted to use RAM sticks from different PCs, but they all worked in this system.
