Hi, I reviewed several Power-related problems in Power settings after noticing a PWR reason for the GPU in GPU-Z. Then I noticed too much power usage through the PCIe slot and high idle consumption. No updates made so far. Your setup includes: CPU (watercooled Intel i9 7900x), ROG Strix X299-E, RAM (32GB Corsair DDR4 3000MHz), GPU (EK Waterblocked ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080 Ti), PSU (Corsair RM1000x). Let me know if you need further help.
