Problem with Govee AI Sync Box 2
Problem with Govee AI Sync Box 2
I've switched to UltraMon and it's working as expected. The main drawback is the extra GPU load and the 30 FPS cap. I'm dealing with an MSI MPG341CQPX and a Govee AI Sync Box 2. Because my display is ultra-wide, the box reaches its 60Hz limit, which fits on my monitor. Previously, I used a separate cable to send one signal to the box and another directly to the monitor at full 240Hz. The issue with HDR output remains due to GPU constraints. Is there a way to route the GPU's HDMI into a splitter so one end goes to my monitor at 3440x1440, 240Hz HDR, while the other connects to the Govee box at the same resolution and minimum 60Hz? I'm also aiming to stay under $200 and won't exceed that budget from any vendor. Updated Dec 5, 2025 by DamagingShip97
