Hello fellow enthusiasts. I have run into a problem with my bios for my Gigabyte R5 KD Gaming laptop. I hadnt updated it in a little over a year and when I did after doing maintenance on the internals, I.E. cleaning and repasting, I figured I would go ahead and do so. well I went from having a great laptop, to now a laptop that I can't tune(overclock), control the fans and can no longer configure my RGB. The gigabyte control center also no longer recognizes that its a gigabyte product. Please help. I cant even find the old bios file to roll it back. My old bios was from 2022 and it was amazing. The old bios looked like the red picture and the new one is the garbage insyde one.
I retrieved the BIOS update from the official website or distribution channel.

I don't have a previous version to recall. You asked why you chose to upgrade your BIOS, so let me know your reasoning if you'd like to discuss it further.

I think the BIOS update might be the cause of your problems. It's unclear if you can restore the previous BIOS version—there could be a source available, or Gigabyte might provide the original BIOS for your device.
