I own a Gigabyte B450M S2H and Ryzen 5 1600 AF 12nm. I'm attempting to overclock to 3.7GHz with a +0.100V adjustment, then restart the PC while it's running on the Windows loading screen. My monitor shows no display or signal, keyboard and mouse are off but the PC is still operational. The front USB port headset is active and its lights are on. The Ethernet port light is off, and all other back panel components appear to be powered down. I suspect an issue with the southbridge, do you think? Is there a possible solution? The numbers I provided are just examples. Even when I try slightly lower voltages or frequencies again, the same problem persists.

In summary, after overclocking, on the Windows loading screen (mostly) there is no display or signal, and nothing works on the back panel of the motherboard. Only the CPU, fans, front ports, and GPU are functioning. I'm unsure if the problem lies with the motherboard, southbridge, or possibly the CPU itself. When I reset the overclock, it works without errors.

Guys i also noticed that when that error happened, the monitor showed a no signal message and the "GPU" fans were running at 100%. Why?
