Problem with gaming PC case fans
Hello,
I purchased a top-of-the-line gaming PC (RTX 4090, i9 14900K, Z790 AORUS MASTER). When I received it, all fans and RGB lights functioned properly. After installing ICUE, the case fans stopped working and my PC no longer recognizes them—no speed control or RGB adjustment is possible. The fans themselves are still operational.
I attempted to remove and reinstall the Gigabyte control app, but my PC still fails to detect the case fans.
The seller I bought from suggested I might need to format the system to resolve the issue, though they’re uncertain if this will help.
I have many games and software installed, so I’m seeking advice before formatting my PC.

Is the Armoury crate present? It might be causing issues. Before installing ICUE, what version were you using?
I don't have the Armoury crate installed on my PC, but before I downloaded ICUE I had the Gigabyte Control Center software installed.
I attempted to remove both programs and install just one, but it didn't make any difference.
