The AMD graphics driver DLL suggests your graphics card might be unstable or using reliable AMD software. This issue appears in various games as well.

The only similar issue occurs in RDR2, while all other games I own are unaffected.

RDR2 demands high GPU power—consider pushing your graphics card to its limit before starting and observe any delays afterward.

Your problem might not be limited to the GPU. It seems a one-hour break improved things compared to leaving fans on auto. Since you have Corsair rams known for Ryzen setups, I recommend downloading Prime95 and performing a LargeFFT test for at least an hour to check for crashes.

It looks like your system is experiencing unpredictable driver issues. Start by verifying and updating your motherboard BIOS if needed. Next, look for a GPU VBIOS update. Then, check DDU and install the latest GPU drivers. In the BIOS, ensure the PCIe version for your GPU slot isn’t set to Auto—use either PCIe Gen4 or Gen3 depending on your motherboard.

Executed Prime95 with extensive FFT processing, completed in more than 1.5 hours without any errors.

Bios is current, vbios is also refreshed. I completed a DDU and a clean GPU driver install, and I've adjusted the speed to Gen3.

I tried FH5 once more today and experienced a severe crash after about 30 minutes of play. This time the main screen turned black while the secondary one stayed green, just as before, but my computer rebooted automatically this time instead of requiring manual restarts.
