The issue with Firefox is persistent and unresolved. I've attempted everything—deleting Firefox, reinstalling it, and trying to reinstall Flash—but the problem continues. Flash becomes slow and crashes when right-clicked. I've searched extensively without finding a solution. Meanwhile, HTML5 seems to function properly.

Usual flash issue. It messed up files (plus an AMD driver fix) and now my grandma’s PC is starting fresh.

The best solution might be to reinstall Windows.

Avoid pushing too hard. If it doesn’t work, use HTML5 first, and if Flash is needed, switch to a different browser.

I've been doing that for a while i'm using Chrome instead, it's not extremely important. I was just wondering if there is an easy fix, I just like using Firefox because it's better for video playback for me.

I’m planning to attempt this over the weekend. First, I’ll assist her with her tasks, then move her required software onto his laptop, take it, bring it home, and finally figure out a way to return it.
