This is my first attempt at overclocking the GPU. I've attached some screenshots that highlight the issue with GPU-z. When adjusting fan speed using XTREME, something else takes control and undoes my changes. It seems to occur mainly when the GPU is under stress. I haven't opened any other overclocking tools (closed in tray and task manager). I've also tried turning off programs via the Gigabyte APP Center (Z270 Gaming 7) but had no success.

Also, a couple of quick questions:
I increased the voltage by +227, bringing it to 1999, but it now boosts to 2050/2025.
- What is an appropriate safe voltage setting for the GPU? How does it influence longevity?
- Anyone know the maximum voltage the card can reach at 0% in mV?
