Hey everyone! I’m trying to set up two monitors—one for my PC and one for my TV—but something’s going wrong. The HDMI connection on my TV is being recognized as the main display, which isn’t what I want. Every time I restart my PC, it switches back to the TV as the primary screen instead of my actual monitor. I’m not sure how to fix this. Any advice would be really helpful! Also, moving or reordering the monitors doesn’t make a difference, and even after disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable, it still takes over.

Determine whether the issue lies within the BIOS settings or in Windows configuration. In Windows, adjusting GPU drivers or monitoring controls makes it simple; the same applies to the second monitor. With BIOS, the behavior relies on how the GPU interprets port order. How is the second monitor connected?

The PC display connects through DVI while the TV uses HDMI. I made sure the monitor is connected to GPU 1, thinking it might affect the setup, but didn’t find a solution. I’ll look into it using the BIOS. Thanks!
