Hi there, I see you're facing a persistent issue with your new laptop. The error message "Server execution failed" suggests a problem with the operating system or a missing component. Since you're on Windows and haven't found a solution online, it might help to check if your device meets the minimum system requirements or try restarting it. If the issue persists, consider updating your drivers or contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. Let me know how I can help!

It seems there may be an issue with your Windows 7 installation, possibly due to a corrupted user account or profile. Consider reverting recent changes or applying a system restore to a previous state before the problem occurred.

I also gave them a shot, but they didn’t help. With a fresh laptop, should I just restart Windows instead? I’d like to avoid entering a license key.

I had to restart the laptop, I wish I could avoid this problem next time.
