Got a fresh internet plan via unlimited-ville. Used Verizon before. Now dedicated hotspots are the only reliable choice around here. The modem only handles 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and I see my PC slows down compared to my phone. I bought an Ethernet cable but it shows up as an unrecognized network with no connection. Checked the modem settings, but it’s really confusing, so I didn’t find much help online. Made sure both Ethernet ports are connected properly and that it’s set to connect to the LAN, not the Wi-Fi network.

Modem is a MOFI NETWORK MOFI4500-4GXeLTE-V2 device, using cat 6 cable.
