Just a simple PC setup with the 7800x3d and ROG STRIX B650E-F gaming Wi-Fi, running Windows 11. Ethernet works after plugging it in and restarting, but after reboot the Ethernet isn't detected by Device Manager—only Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are listed. BIOS version is 2413.
