System details – Ryzen 7 1700X with ASRock X470 Masters SLI/AC, M.2 2080S SSD. Recently installed NVMe 3200MHz dual 8GB RAM at 1066MHz. Task manager and NZXT Cam confirm the speed. I applied XMP profile and adjusted manually, but still can't reach higher speeds.

Verify CPU usage with Task Manager, but note it may not accurately reflect RAM speed. Checking CPU stats can be misleading for RAM performance.
