And I will inquire about the method or means used to deliver that error message?
Usually, when email delivery fails, there is just a straightforward email/Outlook reply indicating the failure.
I don’t recall seeing any such responses through Office 365, etc.
I would be very cautious about clicking any "Report" or similar button from an unknown source.
Especially if the information provided contains additional links for more details or even "solutions".
