As mentioned earlier, the system didn’t come with a CPU support built-in. I had to upgrade the BIOS, though I don’t recall the exact version since it was a while ago. It seems that moving from a 3700x with all four DIMMs to a 5800x required this tool to maintain stability. Still, I’m puzzled about why only two of the four DIMMs could be used at once. I even attempted to rearrange the RAM slots, but it still worked fine with just two.

This was my first attempt, yet it didn't work. I haven't shared the four sticks before. After taking out two (either A1-B1 or A2-B2), everything functions properly.
