Problem with downloading Windows.

I attempted to set up Windows but encountered a problem where it restarts after installation, failing to save to the hard drive or SSD. When it does manage to download, it installs the setup tool rather than the operating system itself.

Return to the configuration, enter your BIOS and adjust the boot order so that Windows starts first from your internal media.
