Hey everyone,
My friend is facing problems with his gaming PC. He's attempting to play Destiny 2, which doesn't support AMD GPUs well, and he's experiencing frequent crashes during loading. The system usually freezes, the screen goes dark, audio stops, and then it crashes completely. His drive and RX570 reach 100% during these incidents. He's also having stability issues and trouble loading game assets. We've tried several fixes like disabling the shader cache in preferences, clearing DirectX shader cache, and clearing RAM before playback. Nothing resolved the problem. His hardware details are: R3-2200G, RX570 4GB, 120GB Kingston SSD, WD Blue 1TB, Asus B350+. Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful.

The PSU is a Corsair CX600, and the temperatures reached 48°C during the crash.
