Help requested!
My computer freezes constantly, regardless of what I'm doing.
Here are the details:
Processor: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K at 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM: 80.0 GB (79.8 GB available)
System: 64-bit OS, x64 processor
Pen and touch: Not supported for this screen
Version: Windows 11 Home, Build 23H2
Installed on: 17/11/2022
OS build: 22631.3007
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0
All drivers current, no viruses detected...
Any suggestions on what to check?
Thanks a lot.

What is the 80gb ram capacity?
Which ram kit should I mix?
How much storage is available and how full is it?
Check the cpu temperature.

I have two disks: c has 1.61TB used out of 1.86TB available, and d has 8.31TB used from 9.09TB free.
I recently added a 16GB RAM, but it was already doing that before.
CPU temperature stays at a maximum of 36 degrees.

Remove the 16gb reference. Uncertain about the 80gb requirement. Verify that the remaining RAM stays in slots a2-b2. Install memtest86 and set up on an empty thumb drive. Execute the stability test until it finishes (4 passes).

Hi, thanks for the advice from drivinfast247. I removed the RAM and made sure I filled in the a2/b2 first with the original RAM. After running the test, it passed all green at the end, though it was still freezing a bit.
