I put it in today and when it starts up it looks like it’s off. The pump sounds okay but there’s no RGB and no fan speed control. On the motherboard it shows 2300rpm and temperatures climb to 80°C after a few minutes of idle on the BIOS. I own an ASUS X470 Prime. I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in several times trying to fix it. The fans spin when connected to something other than the controller they need. The USB port works with my NXT fan controller and the PC runs normally with another cooler. It also worked on a different Intel system without any problems, unlike six months ago when my friends’ stock fan failed. All updates are current and I just did a full reset yesterday. Sorry if this bothers you, I’m just thinking out loud.

the controller features a sata power connector or molex input. If it lacks one, the connection you mentioned will produce the desired outcome.

It's stable and I've confirmed the SATA functions work. I'm unsure if the commander is still alive but I don't know what to do next.

I connected a SATA port into the NZXT hub and it worked, but when using the same port on the Commander, it didn’t function.

Actually, your NXT fan hub isn't working. This wasn't the situation last time.

The cable isn't securely attached to your power supply unit.
