When trying to launch the Creative Cloud app, it appears to start but never appears on the toolbar or hidden icons. I've attempted several fixes: closing and reopening it, running as administrator, restarting the computer, reinstalling it, updating Windows, downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable, and even using the "Creative Cloud Helper" in Program Files. The Adobe applications still function normally, but I can't update or uninstall anything without accessing the app. Please let me know if I've missed anything. Thank you ahead of time!

Sort of a stretch...
I use Adobe Pro DLC but always remove the Creative Cloud part since I don't need the collaborative features. The license will only function on two machines at once. If I try to install on another machine, I encounter a problem similar to what you're talking about, and I have to visit Adobe online to decide which two machines to use. I'm not sure if this program is being used on more than one, but it was worth considering.

Uninstalled and then reinstalled Creative Cloud
= = = =
I will also ask where you obtained the Creative Cloud application—whether from a URL, website, or another source.
If Creative Cloud is active (as seen in Task Manager) but not functioning properly, I recommend stopping it right away.
Make sure Creative Cloud does not start automatically through Task Manager > Startup or Task Scheduler.
Check Process Explorer (Microsoft, free): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer
Search there for any references to Creative Cloud.
