It's a 3080 Ti i7 12700K Z690 with Tomahawk 5600 CL 36 DDR5 Corsair Vengeance. I built it myself and wanted to run MSFS 2020, but I experience stutters, FPS drops, and minimal CPU usage (often just a few percent). The GPU performance is also not great. I've reinstalled drivers and done Windows clean reinstalls, but the issue persists. What should I try next?
