Hello, everyone! This is my initial attempt on this platform, so please accept any formatting issues here.
Laptop model: Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 G533QS
Processor: Ryzen 9 5900 HX
Graphics: RTX 3080 16gb
Memory: 32 GB RAM
I've noticed some performance concerns lately.
The CPU tends to overheat, especially when using manual settings at Armoury Crate. During intense games like Cyberpunk 2077, it often reaches 96 degrees and stays there, which causes noticeable FPS drops.
It seems the factory overclocking is not working as expected, and I'm unsure if throttling is affecting my performance. There might be a need for undervolting, but it could conflict with the fan cooling settings from Armoury Crate.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
To highlight something, those kinds of temperatures are typical for the Ryzen mobile platform. You might want to consider using better thermal paste and pads to improve on the lower-quality ones that come with the device.

Thank you for your message. I understand you've seen these temperatures before and are interested in adjusting power settings to reduce CPU strain. You're also exploring options to control frequency independently of Armoury Crate's configurations, aiming for better stability in demanding games like Cyberpunk 207 or other CPU-heavy titles.
