He has a PC equipped with a Ryzen 7 5800X, a 3070 Ti processor, and a 750 watt power supply running Windows 11. The CPU fluctuates between 4.5 GHz and 0.5 GHz. I attempted various solutions: switched the power configuration to high performance, adjusted the BIOS fan speed to aggressive, set RAM Profile to auto instead of XMP 1, updated drivers for CPU and GPU, and kept the graphics card and CPU fan functioning normally. During benchmarks, temperatures stayed below 71°C. Suddenly, the system crashed unexpectedly. My guess is it’s related to the motherboard, CPU, or power supply, but I don’t have another AM4 board to test. If anyone has advice, I’d really appreciate it—I’m completely confused. Edit: I already reset the BIOS settings to default.

It often indicates another issue affecting your CPU performance. This can occur in games with installations on a hard drive.

M2 SSD works fine now. All configurations were reset back to defaults in the BIOS, which seems to have resolved the issue. It might have been related to the TPM. Appreciate your support!
