Problem with CPU clock speed.
Hey everyone! I noticed a problem with my CPU where the clock speed remained stuck at its lowest setting (2.8 GHz) and didn’t change. I fixed it by reinstalling the OS using the media creation tool, which helped resolve part of the issue. Now, the speeds seem locked in a certain ratio compared to before, and even when I set the maximum allowed in MSI Command Center (3.4 GHz), the CPU still only reaches 3.2 GHz.
