Here are the details rephrased while keeping the original meaning and tone:

The system uses a Ryzen 7 5800x processor paired with two 16GB 3200 DDR4 modules (installed in slots 2 and 4). The motherboard is a Gigabyte Aorus x570 Elite. It runs on a Gigabyte RTX 3070TI GPU, powered by a CoolerMaster MasterWatt 750 PSU. Storage includes one 1TB SSD and one 1TB HDD connected via SATA.

Issues encountered and attempts made:
- The PC freezes when entering BIOS and attempting to delete the BIOS file. It restarts to the logo and then crashes. CPU fans may stop spinning at this stage.
- Contacted Gigabyte, who suggested it might be a board issue, but further troubleshooting was needed.
- Swapped in a known working hard drive, managed to install Windows via SATA, but after a full system reboot it froze again. Reset CMOS, repositioned components, and applied thermal paste.
- Tried changing BIOS settings between legacy and non-legacy boot modes, disabled Fast Boot and XMP profiles. Tested installing RAM one at a time in different slots.
- Ran MemTest86 for approximately 24 hours with around 10-11 passes, showing zero errors.
- System was two years old; before complete failure it would boot into Windows perfectly, but froze upon restart or shutdown.
- Used DISM, SFC, and chkdisk tools; occasional errors were detected and resolved.
- Windows reported drive health at 85%. Experienced BSODs such as DPC Watchdog Violation, setup failures during boot type changes, watchdog alerts in Windows, and random freezes on the Windows Recovery Screen.

Summary: I replaced parts, reset settings, and cleared CMOS. The motherboard is functional but Windows fails to boot after resets. I’ve ordered additional power supplies and RAM to verify delivery. This model is also available from MSI or Gigabyte as a B550.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Which BIOS version are you using for your motherboard? Where did you obtain the installer for your operating system? When setting up your OS, ensure all other drives are disconnected except the one you plan to install.
In BIOS, turn off CSM, then install the OS in offline mode. Run all drivers through an elevated command—right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator"—then connect to the internet so the OS can update itself.

Bios is F39 the final release in March. It was downloaded from the Windows Creation Tool both during the initial setup and after formatting the drive, with an updated version this time. I'm not sure about the offline mode if I can't complete the installation; it seems to restart and then crash when I mentioned before.

Check it out too—his approach seemed to involve something similar to what someone mentioned earlier.

Liked the video and it matches what’s happening to me, but my system doesn’t shut down. It just freezes. I tried turning off CSM but didn’t make any difference. The logo now appears smaller.

During the latest update, mouse and keyboard stopped receiving power to illuminate. Bios access is also unavailable. The new RAM was installed without any issues, but the new RAM was removed and the old one reinstalled. Awaiting PSU.
