Problem with computer powering up

Yesterday my computer was functioning properly, but today when I power it on it doesn't display anything on the screen. Upon opening it, the CPU fan, PSU fan, and LED lights turn on briefly before shutting off. This continues, yet nothing appears.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Did anything unusual happen yesterday or is there a problem today?
I unplugged both the monitor and the computer from the wall outlet.
Held the power button for 20 seconds while unplugged, then plugged everything back in to check if it started up.
Also, please share what Lutfij requested.
