Hi,
In recent days I've experienced several problems with Chrome, including:
YouTube videos buffering or playing only on very low resolutions
Websites like Yahoo! loading only a few articles before refusing to load more
Facebook feed not displaying pictures or loading properly
Overall performance is very slow
I've tried using Incognito tabs, Firefox and Edge. All gave similar results.
A Malwarebytes scan came back clean.
Speed tests show no unusual delays.
I used CCleaner to clear temporary/cache files
Flushed DNS settings
On another side, I can't upload files (Google Drive, Discord, etc.)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
System specs available upon request:
Specs:
ipconfig /all output:

Update your update with complete hardware details and operating system specifics. Provide PSU information, power supply make and model, wattage, age, and condition status. List disk drive specifications including make, model, and capacity, noting how full they are. Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to track performance under different conditions. Execute "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt and share the findings.

Updated the initial post with most of this information. I didn't notice any unusual spikes in Task Manager or Resource Monitor while going to Yahoo! and scrolling. Also, a recent speed test shows my upload is very slow—around 0.03 Mbps. The machine next to this one has about 500 Mbps upload. Here are the two speed test results for reference:

Considering the virtual box network adapter issue.
On the slower upload machine, try:
- Turning off IPv6.
- Disabling the VPN.
Other adjustments you might attempt.
Swap the cables between the workstations.
Check if the problem persists with the workstation or remains there.
If it stays with the workstation, consider swapping the LAN ports.
The goal is to identify likely causes step by step, changing only one element at a time.
Record your observations.

I wanted to revisit this. I attempted several of your recommendations, but nothing seemed to resolve the problem. I purchased a PCIe Network Adapter and switched from the one included in the MoBo. It seems that change addressed the issue. Thank you for the time and effort you invested in troubleshooting.
