I'm looking for guidance on your setup. You've assembled a system with an Asrock B450M pro 4 motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600, and 16GB or Team Group 3000 RAM. The motherboard was purchased second-hand with a BIOS update applied, claiming compatibility with a 5000 series CPU. Despite your experience building similar systems, you're facing boot issues—PC starts briefly then restarts, and no display signal appears. You suspect the BIOS hasn't been updated properly. If so, can you update it without a newer CPU? Appreciate any advice you can offer.

The restart process is part of the training. It may launch multiple times and could require 10 to 20 minutes before everything settles. Just keep it running and return after 30 minutes if needed. If the issue persists, there may be further problems.

We've been running for more than 30 minutes and it keeps repeating. Have you considered trying something else?
