Your computer appears to freeze during startup, repeatedly shutting down the PSU before eventually booting when Windows fixes the issue. Powering off takes an unusually long time after pressing the shutdown button. Please let me know if you need further help!

It seems your setup might be damaged or the storage device isn't working properly. Make sure you have CrystalDiskInfo installed and run it to assess the drive condition. If it's an SSD, this could indicate a hardware issue.

It seems Windows isn't starting up easily, but an SSD is installed for the second drive. The system attempts repairs automatically, yet it ends up showing a blank screen with the cursor appearing.

You might prefer starting with a Linux live USB created via Rufus (using Mint or Ubuntu). This allows you to access your SSD and perform backups of files such as photos, documents, and movies. Download the Windows ISO and transfer it to a USB drive using Rufus. After booting from the USB, completely erase the SSD and reinstall Windows from the original source. If the issue repeats, it likely indicates early SSD failure that will require replacement.

It finally started up, but launching anything took about five minutes.

Ensure your files are safely saved right away, and refer to the earlier update. (Bypass Linux stage if available)

It looks like everything is now blue-screened and everything appears to be okay.

It will happen again. The advice I gave earlier remains valid. Your SSD is still underperforming at 79%, and I won’t change my recommendation from the original message. Wishing you good luck with your PC.
