Problem with booting from flash drive not appearing in BIOS setup
Now two USBs aren't functioning properly. The first one, a 32 GB flash drive, didn't appear on my laptop. I had just installed a new desktop and planned to install Windows, so I assumed the drive was faulty. A few hours ago, I bought a PNY 8 GB drive, which worked fine. I downloaded the Windows ISO from Windows Enterprise and waited, but it didn’t download properly. Eventually, it created a bootable USB. When I tried it on my new PC, it failed to recognize the USB. It’s not clear if they’re broken, but I’m unsure why they aren’t showing up. Anyone have any ideas? If you can help, I’ll offer some cash via PayPal. Just reach out through Skype: georgeman131.
For your setup, I understand the situation. On most recent PCs, UEFI can be a bit tricky. You often need to use the USB stick in legacy mode. It usually takes a few minutes to figure out how to set it up correctly on new builds. No one has explained it clearly before—previously, it was simpler with older BIOS systems where just plugging in worked.
