Problem with Bluetooth failing to connect following a fresh Windows 11 setup
My Peladn Wi-6 N100 MiniPC was functioning properly before I installed the latest US Win 11 from a USB drive. After only two months, I noticed concerns about potential spyware and was unsettled by the Chinese Windows installation that displayed system messages in Chinese instead of English. To resolve this, I created a USB installer from the Microsoft website and performed a fresh installation. Now, when attempting to connect my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, the OS prompts me with "Please try connecting your device again." I have removed and reinstalled the Bluetooth driver, turned off and re-enabled the Bluetooth service, but nothing is working. I am now forced to use a wired keyboard and mouse for connectivity. Any suggestions?
Is the OS update responsible for downloading the required drivers for your system? Did your computer include a directory with all essential drivers upon initial setup after purchase?
