Hi All,
In my office laptop, I use a software (Amazon Chime) for calls. When I connect my JBL C105TWS, the audio and mic don’t work properly. Normally, I can hear music both online and offline, but there’s occasional sound stuttering. I’ve tried updating drivers, rolling back them, adjusting microphone privacy settings, restarting Bluetooth services, and toggling Bluetooth in Device Manager. About a year ago, my volume was lower while using Amazon Chime, especially when talking to others. After many checks, an IT technician updated the BIOS and it fixed the issue. Does a BIOS update help here? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Laptop Specs:
-8GB RAM
-AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3500U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
-HP Elitebook 745 G6
-Win 10 21H1

Hey there,
If you go to 'Device Manager' and choose 'Sound, Video, and game controller' tab and open it up. Where it has your JBL hand free or telephony device, right click it and disable it. Restart your PC. Does it make any difference? Does the audio and mic come back? If it does it means you can't use the buds for phone calls, whilst connected to the PC. Same happens with my 120's. I don't know if it's a bug, but this is a workaround.

No problem actually, when I turn it off JBL isn't visible in the 'Speakers' section on the taskbar close to the time/date area.
