You're experiencing the same issue again. Streaming once with OBS and LGP Stream Engine worked before, but now it fails after a restart and you had to reinstall the software. I identified the issue! Someone mentioned Skype/webcam interference but suggested disabling video if needed. Exiting Skype and all browsers resolved the problem.
