the setting indicates auto 100mhz and includes a dropdown with options from 100mhz to 119mhz
It is FSB speed, but it is also linked to PCIE speed.
In Ryzen Master, click on Curve optimizer.
Select all cores.
Click Start Optimizing.
Wait for the tests to complete, which may take a few hours.
After finishing, note the recorded value.
In the BIOS under the AMD overclocking section, enter the stated value and save before exiting.
Restart to Windows and run Core Cycler to check stability.
If any cores fail, reboot to BIOS, adjust the CC value by one less than before, and retest.

As mentioned earlier, your motherboard doesn't support OC. At the very least, consider upgrading to a B650 board. You'll often find good deals on compatible boards if you're on a budget. I recommend checking the market and you'll likely be surprised by what's available. For instance, in Australia, a B650 board is currently priced $4 more than an A620 board from MSI.
CPU works fine, but the motherboard doesn't. You can't have one without the other. Regardless, the A620 motherboard has very poor VRM performance. You wouldn't want to overclock anything then.
