Hello, I set up my first PC in May. I’m using Windows 11 with a Hyper X Cloud II wired headset connected via USB. I’m experiencing this problem where the headset’s sound and microphone suddenly stop. The only solution I’ve found is restarting the machine to restore functionality. I’ve verified my audio drivers are up to date and turned off any enhancement settings. It seems the audio works fine for a while, then it disconnects unexpectedly. Can you help me figure out how to fix this?
