hello, i'm playing this game with headphones but i notice the car engine volume is too low compared to the sound effects. when i adjust the sound effects to the minimum, all sounds in the game drop, including the engine noises, not just the effects. i've tried switching the output from tv to home cinema, but it doesn't help. i can't adjust the volumes separately for the effects and the car engines.

What is your speaker configuration? When I listen through my external 5.1 speakers, most of the engine sound comes through the center channel, so without a center channel it might not be as loud, particularly if your speakers are small. In that scenario, headphones could be a better choice. Just ensure you use ones with suitable impedance.
