Problem with Asus ROG Strix X570-E Bluetooth and WiFi setup.
I recently purchased a new motherboard, Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming. It comes with built-in Bluetooth and WiFi, which is why I selected it. After installation, updating the drivers caused issues with both options. I encountered the same error message: "Does not support this Operating System: WNT_6.2P_64." I've tried various fixes—adjusting settings from Windows 8 down to Windows XP, changing programs to mimic Windows 8, and even turning on Bluetooth multiple times. The troubleshooting steps didn't help. I also checked the Device Manager, but Bluetooth wasn't listed. Despite trying to install a WiFi card, it didn't work. I'm not interested in buying another Bluetooth/WiFi PCIe card. Any advice would be appreciated.
