I found this laptop on eBay described as parts and repair. It powers on but keeps looping through startup. I’m not sure how to get into recovery mode since those methods only work for older Chromebooks like the C720. I think the issue might be that it lacks a battery, even though it’s connected via USB-C with a 100W charger, which should provide enough power. Would it help if I tried to find a way around the battery restriction, or is this a permanent problem?
