I saved the fourth utility at the top and tried clicking asussetup.exe or setup.exe, but they didn’t launch. Just pressing run didn’t work, not even with admin privileges.

Yes, I checked if turning it off and on again resolved the issue.

I tested it yesterday and today, so I already restarted and restarted again. I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and downloaded the 64-bit version, which is what I expected.
