Hello, I'm working with an ASRock Z690 PG Riptide motherboard. I'm having trouble turning on my PC initially; it didn't respond and showed a green flash in the BIOS area. After changing the PSU cables, it finally started up, but then I added a 500 GB HDD and an 80 GB HDD, and now it's not working properly. My build details are listed here: https://newegg.io/8f3ca36. I also have a 4 TB HDD connected and a 1200 W power supply instead of the usual 750 W. This is what’s happening: https://youtu.be/kYs8LrMT-ds?si=dwK0W3VSeHRdEXNw I'm wondering if there might be a voltage issue, like insufficient power from the outlet.

I removed those two hard drives, and it functioned properly. After reinstalling, it worked again. What caused it to fail initially?

It initially functioned but has stopped working now. Updated: Disconnected all devices (USB, headphones, HDMI); it operates again. Edited April 8, 2024 by 2W10
