Problem with AMDRYZENMASTERDRIVER.SYS occurrence

It appeared unexpectedly. I’m not sure why. I haven’t installed Ryzen Master yet... should I remove it and reinstall? Could doing so damage my PC? I don’t recall the outcome if I skip uninstalling.

Remove the software, reboot the computer, and try downloading it once more? Uninstall everything at once?

I've done this before too. The system says otherwise, but it seems Ryzen Master wasn't actually installed. I even tried without the AMD chipset and it still gave a warning.

Consider another option is employing Autoruns to remove the driver. Obtain it from the provided link: https://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe. Execute it with administrative privileges. Navigate to the Driver section, find the relevant driver, and delete it.
