Hello, I'm working with an Alienware Aurora R4 running Windows 10, and I'm trying to reinstall drivers to check functionality. The 3.0 ports aren't powering on, and data transfer isn't working either. Someone can help me resolve this issue. Thanks a lot!

The front panel has a single component and the back panel features a direct connection to the motherboard, but neither provides power or functionality.

It's fine, no reason to apologize. Have you been using the Alienware for some time or did you purchase it recently?

I've been using it for some time now; it worked a year ago, but they stopped using it recently.

I’ve got all the drivers ready, and I’m starting the installation now as Windows finishes preparing.
