Hey everyone, I'm trying to fix an issue with my ROG Maximus XI Code board. The gray circular icon on the desktop opens Dual Intelligent Processor 5, but when I tried to launch DIP5 it didn't work. I decided to remove AI Suite 3 completely. After checking the ASUS support site, I downloaded a new version and followed the setup steps. Still, after installing DIP5 and trying to open it, nothing appears—just a brief loading and then it disappears. I'm not sure how to properly install both AI Suite 3 and DIP5. Any tips would be super helpful! Thanks.

Before opening the folder, ensure you click the right-click icon in the properties and select unblock. Otherwise, the setup won’t function correctly.

You’ve confirmed the unblocking and extraction process, but the setup still shows a loading prompt without any progress.

Get the newest beta release, which seems to be version 3.00.13. If you're using Windows Update, sometimes the AI suite can stop working properly.

The version 3.00.23 is present, but it isn't starting up as expected.

It didn't work. The system attempts to open the InstallWizard but fails afterward.

Remove the previous build completely. You may need to navigate through the folders to confirm all related files and directories are deleted before proceeding. The reason for the installation failure isn’t clear at the moment.

Attempted to contact support again, but no response yet. Planning to reach out to ASUS tomorrow. If they don’t assist, it might not be a major issue. Appreciate your patience.

Follow these steps to resolve the problem:
1. Install Revo Uninstaller Pro, 30-day trial, and uninstall AIsuite3 along with registr rubbish.
2. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
3. Run the commands: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and then "sfc /scannow". Wait for both to complete.
4. If any unrecoverable files are detected, address them first.
5. Restart your system.
6. Install the latest version of AIsuite&DIP5 into a different location, like C:\Program Files.
Reply if this fixes the issue.
