This problem might stem from incorrect permissions or a misconfigured account. Even though you're logged in as Administrator, the system could be blocking access due to wrong credentials or restrictions. Try verifying your Microsoft account details, ensuring they match your Windows login, and check if there are any security settings preventing admin access. If needed, reset your password or contact support for further assistance.

Additionally, your Microsoft account seems to act oddly. It appears you're only a standard user, even though you're expected to have admin privileges. It's as though no account would ever assign the admin role.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I have a couple of questions: When setting up Windows after the reinstall, did you just log in with you MS account? What version of Windows is this (10 Home, 11 Pro, etc.)? Since you have a clean install of Windows, you could try reinstalling again to see if that fixes the issue.

I also considered doing the installation again because it looked quite similar to what I had before. I’m using Windows 11 Pro and logged in with my MC account.
