I received this BitLocker file with a backup that was stored on an external hard drive. Initially, I just double-clicked to mount and unlock it, but after reinstalling Windows, it appears as a virtual disk instead. I’ve already tried the built-in Windows tool for viewing BitLocker, but I can’t install it. I’m using Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
