Over a billion times my friend managed to set up all port forwarding correctly, the latest photo is just a generic image meant for people to see the setup. Shared across four sites, but no useful answers—seems like no one understands what I need to do.

If your port forwarding works and your WAN rules are set right, the next two steps I’d suggest are:
1) Place it in a DMZ on your router and see if you can reach it.
2) Check if your ISP might be blocking those ports on their side.
