Apologies if this isn't the right location for this post, but I'm happy to adjust or re-tag as needed. Help would be very much appreciated!

Build:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d
NZXT Kraken Elite 360 CFM liquid CPU cooler
Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F ATX AM5
G Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64gb (2x32) DDR5-6000
Seagate Barracuda Compute 8TB 3.5" 5400RPM HDD
Samsung 990 Pro 4TB M.2
Asus ROG STRIX GAMING OC RTX 4090
NZXT Elite Mid Tower
NZXT C1200W 80+gold Modular ATX PSU

Issue:
The PC was just assembled, no operating system installed. It powers on, lights up, and functions normally. I reach the UEFI/BIOS setup, but after a minute it shuts down. The CPU temperature starts around 60°C, then rises to about 80°C, at which point the system powers off. I suspect overheating is the cause. All components are new, though I've replaced some parts in past attempts to resolve similar problems. My current thought is that the AIO cooler isn't working, but it appears correctly installed, fans operate, the plastic cover has been removed, and it worked in a previous build with an Intel CPU for roughly a month. I encountered similar issues on another motherboard, CPU, and PSU, so these components likely aren't the issue. The AIO is also connected via a SATA power cable to the 7 case fans and the case RGB controller.

Things I've tried:
- Swapped out the motherboard, CPU, and PSU
- Reapplied thermal paste

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Which NZXT Elite Mid Tower model do you own?
Did you secure your cooler using screws in a criss-cross arrangement?
It performed well in a prior build with an Intel CPU for roughly a month.
What type of thermal paste did you apply during the AIO reinstallation? How much did you use? Where is the AIO positioned inside the case? Have you attempted removing the front fascia and side panels to check temperature changes?

Thank you for the welcome!
I noticed it's the H9 Elite, sorry I overlooked that earlier.
I adjusted the screws in a criss-cross pattern, as I understood.
I applied Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste. I don’t have exact amounts, but I placed a small dot in the center first, expanding enough to cover most of the CPU, and then added four smaller dots in a square near the edge.
The radiator is positioned at the top of the case, above the pump. The pump hoses are located at the bottom of the pump, hanging down from the top of the case.
Regarding the case panels, I haven’t tested this build with the sides on yet, and the front remains fixed.

Is the pump operating? Was the sticker taken off from the bottom of the pump?

I removed the sticker, but I'm unsure if the pump is still operating. Is there another method to verify its status?

The system should display this information in both BIOS and software such as HWinfo64

The PC powers down too quickly to reach the software, but I might be able to inspect it swiftly in the BIOS.

Check other sections for similar information. The absence of N/A next to AIO PUMP under the fan profile doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.

Which header connects the pump? I'm assuming the pump won't function properly as nothing else could heat up quickly and fans are visible. Referring to the manual at https://www.manua.ls/nzxt/kraken-elite-360/manual?p=23, cable marked H should be linked to AIO_PUMP or any other 4-pin header on the MB set to PWM mode. From the system's perspective, it behaves like another motor, such as fans. It operates identically. If you think the AIO_PUMP header isn't working, try connecting a fan to it.

The pump appears to be malfunctioning, not the header, although I haven't verified the header yet.
